These Terms of Service govern your use of the OtoSnajper website and Telegram bot operated by So Decent OÜ (registry code 14438473), Estonia.
By using the service, starting a trial, or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of the service
OtoSnajper is a notification service that monitors selected automotive listing portals and sends alerts through Telegram based on filters you configure.
We strive for high speed and accuracy but do not guarantee that every listing, price, or availability detail will be captured or remain unchanged after notification.
3. Trial and subscription
A free trial period may be offered as described on the website or in the bot. After the trial, continued access may require a paid subscription.
Pricing, billing cycles, and plan limits are communicated in the bot or via direct contact. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, resell alerts without permission, or use automated means to overload our systems.
You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions and for verifying listing details directly with sellers.
5. Third-party portals
OtoSnajper monitors publicly available listings on third-party websites such as Otomoto and mobile.de. We are not affiliated with those portals and are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability.
Links and listing data originate from external sources and may change or be removed without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, So Decent OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from missed listings, delays, or purchase decisions.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by discontinuing the bot or cancelling your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued provision of the service becomes impracticable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms of Service by publishing a revised version on this website.
